TouchCon announces that it has begun reorganizing the project to expand the existing Smart QR Code (SQC) contents into a new business model ‘Random RewardCon' contents according to the rapid development of the Internet and mobile environment. Accordingly, we are conducting a token swap for the existing ‘TOC (ERC-20)’ for the launch of a new ‘Random Rewards Con’ service and project development.

▶Swap method
1. Token swap will use the exchange where TouchCon is listed. To use, please complete membership registration at the exchange you wish to swap and transfer your TouchCon to the relevant account by the specified date. There are two exchanges that support this token swap: stex.com and mercatox.com. Other 'Touch Bridge' swaps supported by TouchCon will be announced separately at a later date.

2. The currently held TouchCon TOC (ERC-20) is exchanged for a new TOC (nERC-20) in a 1:1 ratio, and the new TOC (nERC-20) token that has been swapped out will be returned to the original TOC in any case. (ERC-20) cannot be converted, so please be aware.
▶Token swap schedule
1. Exchange: Token swap is automatically performed only when you deposit your tokens before the deposit deadline for each exchange below. According to the schedule of each exchange, all TOC (ERC20) transactions, deposits and withdrawals will be restricted until the token swap process is completed.
2. The new TOC (nERC20) trading resume date and deposit/withdrawal times vary by exchange, please refer to the detailed schedule announced by each exchange. Below is the deposit deadline for each exchange.
① Stex Exchange: July 14, 2021 12:00 (UTC)
② Mercatox Exchange: July 14, 2021 12:00 (UTC)
*Precautions
① Please note that tokens cannot be deposited after the exchange deposit deadline.
② After the token swap is over, you can no longer trade with the old TOC tokens.
③ Token swaps conducted through exchanges or agencies other than the above-mentioned exchanges are not allowed at all. Therefore, TouchCon is not responsible for any loss caused by this.
④ There is no official agreement on token swap other than the above two exchanges. If you have stored it elsewhere, we recommend moving it to one of the above exchanges before July 15th. TouchCon is not responsible for any damage caused by this.
⑤ Token swap is only possible at the exchanges we introduced, so please be careful if there is a company that wants to make a deposit to a specific address or do it for you as it is a scam. If you find a scam, please report it to the TouchCon team immediately. info@touchcon.org
▶Other information
As of June 29, 2021, the exchanges that have officially negotiated token swaps with TouchCon are Stex and Mercatox. Please note that token swaps at other exchanges and agencies have not been negotiated with us. The TouchCon team will do our best to help ensure a smooth token swap. This token swap is a swap to update existing Smart QR Code (SQC) contents with new 'random reward cone' contents, mainly to expand the reward pool and business model. Existing users are once again asked to participate in the swap without missing a single person so that they do not suffer damage.

▶스왑 방법
1. 토큰스왑은 터치콘이 상장된 거래소를 이용하게 됩니다. 이용 방법은 스왑을 원하시는 거래소에 회원등록을 마친 후 보유하신 터치콘을 지정된 일자까지 해당 계정으로 전송하시기 바랍니다. 금번 토큰스왑을 지원하는 거래소는 stex.com, mercatox.com 등 2곳입니다. 기타 터치콘에서 지원해 드릴 ‘터치브릿지’ 스왑은 별도 추후 안내해 드릴 예정입니다.

2. 현재 보유하신 터치콘 TOC(ERC-20)은 1:1의 비율로 새로운 TOC(nERC-20)와 교환되며, 스왑이 완료된 새로운 TOC(nERC-20) 토큰은 어떠한 경우라도 다시 원래의 TOC(ERC-20)로 전환할 수 없으니 양지하시기 바랍니다.
▶토큰스왑 일정
1. 거래소 : 보유 중인 토큰을 아래 거래소 별 입금 마감시한 전까지 입금해야 자동으로 토큰스왑이 진행됩니다. 각 거래소의 일정에 따라 토큰스왑 절차가 완료될 때까지 모든 TOC(ERC20)의 거래와 입금 및 출금이 제한될 것입니다.
2. 새로운 TOC(nERC20)의 거래 재개일자 및 입금 및 출금 시기는 거래소별로 상이하며, 각 거래소에서 발표하는 세부 일정을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다. 아래는 각 거래소별 입금마감시한입니다.
① Stex 거래소: 2021년 7월 14일 12:00 (UTC 기준)
② Mercatox 거래소: 2021년 7월 14일 12:00 (UTC 기준)
*주의사항
①거래소 입금마감시한 이후에는 토큰을 입금할 수 없으니 주의하시기 바랍니다.
②토큰스왑이 종료된 이후에는 더 이상 과거의 TOC 토큰으로 거래할 수 없습니다.
③상기 언급한 거래소 이외 다른 거래소나 대행업체을 통해 진행한 토큰스왑은 일절 불가합니다. 따라서 이로 인해 발생한 손실에 대해서 터치콘은 일절 책임지지 않습니다.
