2019년 1라운드 터치콘 랜덤 보상 실시 이후인,
2019년 12월 29일로 잠정
확정하였습니다.
따라서 터치콘 배심원에 후보로 참가하실
예비 후보는 아래 조건을 참조하여
미리 준비하시기 바랍니다.
-후보 자격-
1. 터치콘 보유 수량이 최소 10만 TOC 이상 일 것.
2. 보유 기간이 지갑 트랜잭션 이후 최소 6개월이 지났을 것.
일반적인 자격 기준은 상기와 같으며,
각 기간에 대한 기준은,
2019년 12월 29일을 기준으로 합니다.
한편,
후보자 중에는 평소 터치콘 생태계에 공헌하시는 분들을 위한,
특별한 가점 혜택을 드리고 있습니다.
특히,
현재 터치콘 PoW 채굴에 참여하고 계신 노드
터치콘 커뮤니티를 주도하시는 공헌자는,
특별 가점을 별도로 드리게 됩니다.
만약 유저 여러분이 터치콘 배심원이 된다면,
1. 향후 PoW에서 DPoS로 전환할 경우, 대표 노드로 활약할 수 있는 채굴 특혜
2. 매년 스마트큐알코드 발행량의 3% 운용권
3. AMRP 프로그램 자율운용 감독권 등이 있습니다.

The Foundation is provisionally finalized on December 29, 2019, after the 1st round of touchcon random rewards in 2019.
Therefore, please prepare the preliminary candidates to participate in the touch cone jury by referring to the following conditions.
- Candidate Eligibility -
1. The number of touchcon should be at least 100,000 TOC.
2. The retention period should be at least 6 months after the wallet transaction.
The general qualification criteria are the same as above,
The criteria for each period are based on December 29, 2019.
On the other hand, among candidates, we offer special benefits for those who contribute to the touchcon ecosystem.
Particularly, contributors who lead the node touch cone community participating in the touchcon PoW mining now have a special advantage.
If you are a TouchCon jury,
1. In the future, when switching from PoW to DPoS, the mining privilege
2. 3% of Smart QR Code issuance volume per year
3. AMRP program self-management supervision rights.
